Prepared Food

All of our prepared foods are made in-house with our own produce. We can customize these salads according to your taste or catering menu.

Guacamole - fresh and a little zesty, perfect with pita chips and our homemade salsa.

Salsa  - with just the right mix of fresh tomatoes, cilantro and jalapenos; make a perfect combo with our guacamole.

Roasted Yellow Pepper Dip- New, and has been one of our best-sellers; with a bit of a kick, a great trio with our salsa and guacamole.

Artichoke Dip - pureed artichokes, lemon and garlic; great as a vegetable dip or on a toasted baguette as an amazing appetizer.

Beet Dip - a tangy and refreshing dip to go with any vegetable.

Tabbouleh -  cracked wheat, tomato, cucumber and fresh herbs. A refreshing on the run salad or a quick nutritious side with any dinner.                                    

Hummus  - perfect dip with our crudités platter or as a spread on any sandwich.

Babaganoush -  a favorite vegetarian dip or spread made of roasted eggplants, tahini and garlic

Vegetarian Salads

Jicama - crunchy jicama, black beans, and corn with a zest of citrus; healthy and refreshing on its own, or as a side.

Quinoa - quinoa (an ancient gluten free grain) currants, onion, bell pepper, toss it over a bed of greens to complete a salad.

Beet Salad  - beets, oranges, fennel and goat cheese; a flavorful, light and refreshing salad.

Wheat Berry - wheat berries, white beans and dried cranberries; perfect over a salad.

Lentil - fresh lentils, tomato and dill; packed with protein, either on its own or as a side dish.
